Resident Technical Officer (RTO)

Location: Singapore
Experience: 5+ years

Job Description:
Seeking an RTO to supervise site works and ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities.
• Monitor workmanship and construction quality.
• Check works against approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants.
• Prepare site reports and inspection records.

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Construction.
• 5+ years of relevant site experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices.
• Singapore RTO certification/registration preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
