We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, programming and culture. Someone who doesn’t just create campaigns or organise events, but understands how both work together to build a destination people genuinely want to be part of.

As the Assistant Marketing & Programming Manager (Lifestyle), you’ll lead the marketing and programming strategy for TRIFECTA’s lifestyle experiences, with a particular focus on TRIFECTA Riders’ Lounge and TRIFECTA Singapore destination-wide programming. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to create compelling campaigns, meaningful experiences and a year-round calendar that drives awareness, credibility and footfall across the lifestyle arm of TRIFECTA.

Lifestyle Brand & Destination Marketing

• Possess a strong understanding of TRIFECTA’s brand identity, values and overall business goals.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that position TRIFECTA as Singapore’s home for boardsports, lifestyle and community.
• Plan annual marketing calendars that support destination awareness, credibility and footfall.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen TRIFECTA’s positioning through storytelling, collaborations and cultural moments.
• Track campaign performance and optimise initiatives based on audience insights and business objectives.

Lifestyle Programming & Community

• Develop and execute a year-round calendar of lifestyle programmes that encourage people to spend more time at TRIFECTA beyond sports.
• Lead programming for TRIFECTA Riders’ Lounge, including recurring community initiatives across music, art, food, wellness and creative culture.
• Conceptualise experiences that strengthen TRIFECTA’s identity as Somerset’s Community Club.
• Ensure all programmes contribute meaningfully towards community engagement, destination awareness and repeat visitation.

Partnerships & Collaborations

• Identify and develop partnerships with artists, musicians, creators, brands, collectives and community groups.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, tenants and external collaborators from ideation through execution.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, creative deliverables and event logistics across multiple stakeholders.
• Build long-term partnerships that expand TRIFECTA’s reach and cultural relevance.

Marketing Channels & Content

• Work closely with the Creative team to develop compelling content that supports both marketing campaigns and lifestyle programmes.
• Oversee marketing calendars across digital, in-venue and owned channels.
• Ensure campaigns and programming are communicated consistently across social media, EDMs, website and in-venue touchpoints.
• Analyse performance and recommend improvements based on audience behaviour and campaign results.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, programming, partnerships or events within lifestyle, hospitality or destination marketing.

Strong understanding of lifestyle, food, music, art and community-driven experiences.

Experience managing end-to-end campaigns, events and partnerships.

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
