Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Billing & Inventory Executive to join our growing team. The role will primarily focus on monthly billing, invoice preparation, verification and reconciliation, with additional support in inventory monitoring within our 3PL logistics and warehousing operations.

Fresh graduates with strong Excel, numerical and analytical skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify and issue monthly billing invoices to clients accurately and on time.
• Reconcile billing information against warehouse records, service transactions and applicable charges.
• Check and resolve billing discrepancies, missing transactions and incorrect charges.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to obtain supporting documents and billing information.
• Liaise with clients on billing enquiries and discrepancies when required.
• Maintain proper billing records and prepare billing reports for management.
• Monitor inventory movements and assist with basic inventory reconciliation and stock checks.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure billing and inventory records are accurate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience in billing, invoicing, accounts or logistics will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good data analysis and reconciliation skills.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, WMS, ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage.
