Job Description
Responsibilities
We are hiring a UAT Tester / Digital Support to assist with the testing and rollout of an internal digital system.
This role is suitable for someone who has done UAT testing before and is comfortable using common workplace digital tools.
Main Responsibilities
1. Perform UAT testing and report system issues.
2. Test system functions and check if they meet business requirements.
3. Record defects with clear screenshots and steps.
4. Follow up on outstanding issues and retest fixes.
5. Coordinate feedback between users, management and vendors.
6. Support system rollout and basic user guidance when required.
Requirements
1. Prior hands-on UAT testing experience is required.
2. Familiar with common workplace tools such as Excel, Word, Google Drive, shared folders, cloud file access, Teams or similar platforms.
3. Able to understand workflows and communicate issues clearly.
4. Experience with operations, logistics, marine, transport, HR or booking systems will be an advantage.
