Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive enrolment growth by promoting and selling Graphite Academy’s education programmes to prospective parents. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, delivering consultative sales experiences, building lasting parent relationships, and supporting the Company’s wider education services and programmes.

This position suits a proactive, customer-focused sales professional who is confident engaging individual consumers and converting interest into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Graphite Academy coding programmes to prospective parents.
• Conduct centre tours, consultations, student programme briefings, and presentations.
• Respond to enquiries promptly, follow up with leads, and convert them into enrolments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents throughout their enrolment journey.
• Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop marketing strategies and content that maintain a consistent lead pipeline.
• Coordinate with the teaching team on student assessments and follow up with parents to support conversion.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver an excellent customer experience across every stage of the customer journey.
• Develop programme offers and packages based on customer feedback, market trends, and on-the-ground insights.
• Identify new market opportunities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Track sales activity, conversion rates, pipeline performance, and enrolment outcomes.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual enrolment targets.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, education sales, property sales, financial advisory, or another consultative sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Experience in the children’s enrichment or education sector will be an advantage.
• Strong prospecting, lead-generation, and lead-conversion skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial in approach.

Other Information

• Reports to the Marketing Manager and General Manager.
• 5-day work week, including one weekend day.
• Weekday hours: 11:00am–8:00pm.
• Weekend hours: 9:00am–5:00pm.
• Basic salary: $3,000–$3,800.
• Commission-based incentives, performance bonus, and commission bonus.
