About Us:

FitEquip is the exclusive distributor in Hong Kong for several premium gym equipment brands from Korea, Italy, and the USA. The company imports fitness equipment, maintains inventory and logistics, and sells to commercial gyms, clubs and corporate facilities across Hong Kong. The Operations Manager plays the role of ensuring smooth supply chain execution, logistics, after-sales and cross‑functional coordination between sales, warehouse, and overseas partners.

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Fo Tan Office, Central, WFH Occasionally

Working Hour: 9 hours a day, 6 days a week or 5 and a half day

Salary: TBD

Language requirement: Cantonese, English and Korean
*Proficiency in Korean is highly preferred*

Key responsibilities

* Oversee the supply chain from overseas manufacturers to Hong Kong warehouses and customer sites.

* Coordinate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure on‑time delivery and handle disruptions (delays, damage, customs issues).

* Manage project timelines, plan and supervise equipment deliveries and installations to gyms and clubs.

* Implement incoming quality checks on equipment upon arrival.

* Maintain clear documentation (serial numbers, installation records, service logs) for all equipment installations.

* Own and maintain operations systems (inventory, logistics, and project tools) used by the team.

* Prepare regular KPI reports on inventory turn, logistics costs, lead times, and service performance for management.

* Work closely with the sales team to advise on lead times, stock availability, and feasibility of large projects.

* Support marketing and client service by ensuring timely delivery for launch events, grand openings, and time‑sensitive installations.

Requirements

* Effective communicator in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Korean proficiency is highly desirable.

* Proficient in MS Office especially Excel

* Ideally, experience in fitness and familiar with gym equipment to understand product constraints and handling requirements.

* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, shipments, and deadlines simultaneously.

* Excellent problem‑solving mindset, able to respond quickly to delays, damaged goods, or last‑minute client changes.

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with sales, marketing, and senior management teams.

* Proactive and detail‑oriented, with a drive to streamline operations and reduce waste.

* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment, including occasional visits to warehouse, job sites, or client facilities.

* Experience working with import/export operations and cross‑border logistics is strongly preferred.

主要職責

* 監督由海外製造商至香港倉庫及客戶場地的整體供應鏈。

* 與海外供應商及貨運代理協調，確保貨物按時交付，並處理延誤、損壞等突發問題

* 管理項目時間表，策劃及監督健身設備運送到健身房及會所的流程及安裝工作

* 在設備到港時進行檢查，是否有磨損或其他問題

* 為所有設備安裝維持清晰的文件記錄（序號和安裝記錄等）

* 定期準備關鍵績效指標（KPI）報告，涵蓋庫存周轉率、物流成本、交貨時間及服務表現，並提交給管理層

* 與銷售團隊緊密合作，就交貨時間、庫存狀況及大型項目的可行性提供專業意見

* 支援市場推廣及客戶服務，確保在新品發布、開幕活動及緊急安裝等時效性要求高的場合，設備能準時交付

應徵要求

* 具備良好中英文及粵語書寫及口語溝通能力；懂韓文者尤佳

* 精通 MS Office，特別是 Excel

* 最好具備健身行業經驗，熟悉健身器材的產品特性及搬運要求

* 具有良好及清晰的組織能力，可同時管理多個項目、貨運及截止時間

* 具備優秀的解決問題能力，能迅速應對延誤、損壞貨物或客戶臨時更改等突發情況

* 能獨立工作，亦能與銷售、市場推廣及高級管理層團隊協作

* 主動積極、細心且注重細節

* 能在快節奏的環境中工作，並接受不時前往倉庫或客戶場地

* 具備進出口及跨境物流相關的工作經驗者將獲優先考慮。
