• Oversee the overall performance and daily activities of the restaurant.
• Lead the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure efficient coordination between front-of-house and kitchen operations.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
• Control food costs, labour costs, stock usage, and operational expenses.
• Ensure food preparation and service meet company quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety.
• Manage staff performance, discipline, attendance, and manpower allocation.
• Conduct regular staff briefings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a professional manner.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, wastage, and ordering requirements.
• Ensure all restaurant procedures and company policies are properly implemented.
• Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the management team.
• Support promotional activities and initiatives to increase restaurant sales.
• Ensure the restaurant is ready for daily operations and maintain a positive working environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, F&B Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant F&B experience, preferably with managerial experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a large restaurant team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and business performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to monitor sales and operating costs.
• Able to analyse operational problems and provide effective solutions.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and Halal standards.
• Highly organised, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional attitude.
• Able to work independently and make decisions when required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
