JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange import shipment bookings and confirm the proposed sailing schedules
• Liaise with overseas shippers to obtain all required import shipping documentation in a timely manner
• Coordinate with customs agents to arrange container clearance and delivery to the warehouse
• Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) transactions accurately in the ERP system
• File and maintain all import-related documents in an organized and systematic manner
• Perform other administrative and shipping-related duties as assigned by the supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree student/recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
• Able to start work immediately
• Basic knowledge of shipping and import documentation is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
