UC Resources Hiring! Full Time Sales Assistant in Johor - Ricebowl

About the role

UC Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic, organised, and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the company's sales and marketing initiatives. You will also contribute to enhancing our brand presence while promoting innovative educational solutions to schools and early childhood education centres.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

2. Identify new business opportunities and achieve individual sales targets.

3. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations for customers.

4. Follow up on customer enquiries, and manage the sales process from initial contact to order completion.

5. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and marketing databases.

6. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

7. Perform other sales, marketing, and administrative duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

1. Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.

2. Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience in business development, customer service, or a related role. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome to apply. Experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships.

4. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

5. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

6. Willing to travel within the assigned territory, including Johor Bahru, Kluang, and Batu Pahat.

7. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
