We're a fast-moving, global team, and we're looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to help us create an amazing employee experience while keeping our People operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves people, organization, and getting things done. You'll work across HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and office management and you'll have the opportunity to grow your HR career as the company grows.

What You'll Do

HR Operations & Employee Experience

• Coordinate onboarding and make sure new joiners have everything they need for a great first day.
• Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for employees on everyday HR questions.
• Help improve and automate HR processes to make the employee experience faster and simpler.

Recruitment

• Support recruitment across different teams and locations.
• Source and screen candidates on a variety of platforms.

Culture & Employee Engagement

• Help organize team activities, celebrations, company events, and employee initiatives.
• Support company-wide engagement and culture programs.
• Coordinate birthdays, anniversaries, gifts, and other employee moments.
• Come up with new ideas to make ************* an even better place to work.

Office & Admin

• Help keep the office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, building management, and other service providers.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, deliveries, and day-to-day office needs.
• Support travel, meetings, events, and other administrative requests when needed.
• Jump in and help solve operational problems - big or small.

Who We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, recruitment, office management, or a similar role.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple things at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail - you notice when something isn't right and fix it.
• Excellent communication skills and strong English.
• Comfortable working with different systems and learning new tools quickly.
• Proactive and independent - you don't wait to be told about every small thing that needs to happen.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people while also being strong on execution and administration.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information.
