Responsible for the company’s overall supply chain and procurement management, including supplier development, production coordination, cost control, quality management and cross-border logistics, with a focus on supporting supply chain development in China and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies;

Source, evaluate and manage suppliers and manufacturers;

Negotiate pricing, payment terms and supply agreements;

Coordinate production, quality, delivery and inventory planning;

Manage cross-border procurement, logistics and import/export processes;

Monitor and optimise procurement and supply chain costs;

Establish supplier evaluation and risk management procedures;

Conduct supplier visits and business negotiations when required;

Report supply chain performance to management.

Requirements

Senior-level experience in manufacturing, procurement or supply chain management;

Practical experience managing factories or supplier networks;

Familiar with supply chain and manufacturing resources in China and Asia;

Strong experience in procurement negotiation, cost control and quality management;

Knowledge of cross-border procurement and logistics processes;

Strong commercial negotiation and management skills;

Experience in managing or operating a manufacturing business is preferred;

Willing to travel overseas when required.
