Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & IT Automation Specialist with strong experience in Microsoft automation and Business Intelligence tools. The role will focus on automating Finance and Operations processes, developing Power Platform solutions, creating BI dashboards, and improving business efficiency through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Excel VBA/Macros to automate repetitive Finance and Operations processes.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation and process improvement solutions.
• Develop workflows using Power Automate.
• Design and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and document structures.
• Build and enhance Power Apps integrated with SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for management and business reporting.
• Create data models, DAX measures, and data transformations.
• Integrate data from SAP, Oracle, Excel, SharePoint, ERP systems, and databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and governance.
• Gather requirements from Finance, Operations, and other business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Automation, Business Intelligence, Application Development, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Excel VBA & Macros
• Power BI
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Experience with SAP and/or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Experience supporting Finance/Operations processes.
• Experience with digital transformation projects.
• Strong documentation and user-training skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced/challenging environment.
