Job Description

• Support key graduate student administration processes across the student lifecycle
• Coordinate and manage PhD qualifying examinations
• Process course exemption and credit transfer applications
• Administer changes of thesis advisors and candidature conversion requests
• Handle programme withdrawal and termination appeals
• Support the Research Progress Report, Service Obligation, Examination, and NGNE exercises
• Liaise with students, faculty, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and policy-compliant processing
  
  

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent, preferably with prior experience in administrative or operations support.
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative, education, or operations support role.
• Familiarity with handling documentation, data checks, and process-driven tasks.
• Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
