Key Responsibilities:

• Perform product test sequences using the designated test equipment and platform.
• Troubleshoot test failures and perform basic debugging to identify the cause of failure.
• Follow the correct test cycle and sequence according to work instructions.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of test fixtures and equipment.
• Record and report test results accurately.
• Assist with troubleshooting of process, material, and equipment-related issues.
• Read and understand schematics, assembly drawings, datasheets, and work instructions.
• Assist Engineering and Quality teams with failure analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Perform rework or repair on minor test-failure units when required.
• Maintain proper 5S, cleanliness, safety, and organization at the test workstation.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Perform other technical duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• SKM Level 3 and above in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, testing, assembly, or troubleshooting will have an advantage.
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic devices, equipment, and testing processes.
• Able to read and understand schematics, engineering drawings, datasheets, and work instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and work with test equipment and production test platforms.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic English communication ability is required.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
