Job Description
- Build and manage relationship with users to achieve overall business objectives
- Ensure users and partners’ service level are up to standard
- Assist with in-team projects to improve processes and execute new initiatives that will add value to SPX
- Assist in monitoring targets, analysing industry trends and reviewing key metrics
- Maintain and update information and settings within system
- Carry out analysis and surveys to better understand users’ requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL is an advantage
- Able to communicate ideas and plans with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
