• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, counting, and organizing products and materials. Ensure stock levels are accurately tracked and reported.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Stock Handling: Load and unload shipments, using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and tidy warehouse, ensuring that products are stored according to safety guidelines and efficient practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, receipts, and shipments. Report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
• Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or defects, ensuring that only quality products are shipped to customers.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, operating machinery safely, and following company safety procedures.
• Customer Service Support: Assist in resolving shipping or order-related inquiries, ensuring customers receive their products in a timely manner.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and report any issues to the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
