ROOTS Communications Hiring! Full Time Sales Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

2. Follow up consistently on leads, quotations, and pending decisions.

3. Promote wireless, networking and ICT products and solutions.

4. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by the department.

5. Maintain an updated pipeline tracker and regularly update progress report.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

7. Respond to RFQs, prepare quotations, and coordinate with pre-sales for technical proposals.

8. Support partners with product information, pricing, and project follow-through.

9. Attend site visits, product demos, and partner meetings as needed.

10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotation submissions, and deal status.

11. Coordinate internally with logistics and finance for order fulfillment and payment follow-up.

12. To make cold-calls and arrange meeting with potential customers.

13. Develop new markets and increase customer base.

14. Submit weekly sales activity reports.

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

2. Strong dicipline and self-motivation, with pleasant personality and able to achieve targets

3. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with positive attitude.

4. Good knowledge in wireless / networking products & solutions as well as ICT System such as servers, storage & back-up, CCTV and data communication.

5. Candidate with pre-sales experience will be an added advantageous

6. Willing to travel within Klang Valley and occasionally outstation
