Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Engineers/Managers with daily project coordination
- Track and maintain project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and variation orders
- Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor schedules
- Assist in preparing progress reports, meeting minutes, and status updates
- Monitor site activities and report progress or issues to the Project Engineer
- Maintain organised digital and hardcopy project filing systems
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients as needed
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Civil Engineering or related field
- 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Detail-oriented, organised, and a clear communicator
- Proficient in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
