About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position designed to enhance our sales operations and strengthen client relationships. As Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales team operates efficiently and effectively, whilst providing exceptional support that directly contributes to business growth and client satisfaction. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our sales department and the broader success of SESPRO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare BOQ and quotations

• Prepare and design AutoCAD layout plan & technical drawing as client/designer needs

• Produce drawing for project sites

• Understand and interpret technical requirement and provide technical information to supervisor

• Coordinate with sales and factory on projects

• Place orders by transferring orders to factory and communicating expected delivery date

• Able to prepare Purchase order (PO) and invoices

• To assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Interior/Industrial Design or its equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of related working experience is an advantage

• Able to work independently under tight timelines

• Active learning and growth mindset

• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

• Proficient in English speaking and writing, ability to speak and write Mandarin/Cantonese will value added
