Key Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of quantity surveying duties from pre-contract to post-contract
• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and budgets
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contract terms
• Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and track progress claims, VO submissions, and final accounts
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual requirements
• Work closely with project, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Drive timely invoicing and ensure payment collection within agreed terms
• Expand the vendor pools

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior fit-out / construction industry
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and cost control
• Experience in commercial, retail, or office fit-out projects preferred
• Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
