As a Dealer's Representative at Mercury Securities, you'll work closely with investors, identify market opportunities, and play an important role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. You'll gain direct exposure to the Malaysian equity market while building your own client franchise within a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute trades in securities listed on Bursa Malaysia on behalf of clients.
• Build, develop, and manage your own portfolio of retail and high-net-worth clients.
• Provide timely market insights, investment ideas, and trading strategies to clients.
• Develop long-term client relationships through excellent service and regular engagement.
• Work closely with our research, operations, and back-office teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Keep abreast of market developments, corporate announcements, and economic trends.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline from a recognised Malaysian institution.
• Hold (or be eligible to obtain before commencement) a Capital Markets and Services Representative's Licence (CMSRL) for Dealing in Securities. Candidates will need to have passed SIDC Licensing Examination Modules 6 and 7.
• Strong interest in the Malaysian equity market and capital markets.
• Good analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to build a client base and grow your career.
• Candidates with an existing network of business or investor contacts will have an added advantage.
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
