Job Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts (Excluding AR)
• Prepare and submit GST return quarterly
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly financial reports and accounts schedules
• Maintaining accurate journal entries and monthly reconciliation
• Liaise with external auditors to coordinate the company’s financial year end audit
• Process staff reimbursements
• Maintain good documentation and filing system
• Liaise with bankers when necessary

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words
• Meticulous and detailed individual with analytical skills
• Possess positive attitude and ability to work with others
• Independent individual
• Good organization, time management and communication skills
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin

Additional Information

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
