About the Role:

At Oligo. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. This role focuses on video editing, content posting, and podcast coordination to enhance our online presence, primarily on LinkedIn and TikTok. If you have a passion for content creation and experience with video and graphic editing tools, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing & Content Creation

• Edit social media videos using CapCut or similar video editing software (content will be provided).
• Ensure videos are polished, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines for LinkedIn and corporate use.
• Repurpose and optimize video content for different social media platforms.

2. Social Media Content Posting & Management

• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content on LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content aligns with our brand messaging.
• Engage with the audience by monitoring comments and messages.

3. Podcast Coordination

• Assist in the planning and coordination of podcast recording sessions.
• Work with guests to schedule recordings and ensure a smooth process.
• Support post-production tasks, such as editing short clips for social media promotion.

Requirements:

• Experience with CapCut (or other video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Proficiency in Canva (or similar graphic editing tools for social media graphics).
• Experience in social media content creation (preferably for LinkedIn and TikTok).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in corporate or B2B social media marketing is a plus.
• Experience with podcast production or coordination is a bonus.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn’s professional audience and content strategies.
• Bachelor holder
