This Isan excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical exposure to supply chain operations, procurement, logistics coordination and commercial development in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare online banking payment entries based on approved payment requests, invoices and supporting documents, ensuring payment details are accurate and properly matched.
  • Maintain proper payment records, filing and supporting documentation to ensure a clear audit trail and compliance with internal finance procedures.
  • Interact with colleagues from Headquarters (Operations, Sales & Marketing, Accounting etc) and external parties (Customers, Suppliers, banks etc).
  • Assist with daily accounting and finance administrative work, such as data entry, account reconciliation support and preparation of payment or accounting schedules etc.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be Singaporean.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/ Business or related discipline.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Mother Tongue.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
  • A proactive team player who can work independently, take initiative and solve problems effectively.
