Graphic Designer

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative artwork for a wide range of printed materials, including banners, buntings, brochures, business cards, product labels, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop engaging promotional materials for both print and digital platforms in line with client requirements and company branding standards.
• Communicate with clients to understand project objectives, provide creative solutions, and ensure designs accurately reflect their brand identity.
• Prepare design concepts, mock-ups, and artwork proofs for client review and approval before production.
• Perform professional photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation to enhance visual quality.
• Ensure all artwork meets printing specifications, including correct dimensions, bleed, color accuracy, and high-resolution, print-ready files.
• Organize and maintain project files, design assets, and client information in an efficient and systematic manner.
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth project execution from concept development through final delivery.
• Complete projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high standards of creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Provide administrative and documentation support for the design department when required.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

• Diploma or higher qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an added advantage.
• Strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation.

Design Competencies

• Creative with the ability to produce modern, visually impactful designs that align with current market trends.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Able to translate client requirements into effective visual communication and branding solutions.
