HIRING – INBOUND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Location: Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: Up to RM3,000
Working Hours: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Includes: Weekends & Public Holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and provide professional assistance.
• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Record and update customer information and case details in the system.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when required.
• Maintain good customer service standards and achieve assigned KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Comfortable handling inbound customer calls.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work rotational shifts.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
