Job Purpose

Responsible for managing maintenance spare parts, tools, and consumables to ensure accurate inventory control and availability of materials for maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and organize maintenance spare parts and materials.
• Issue and record spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight low or critical stock items.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for required spare parts.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain good housekeeping in the store.
• Control the issuance and return of maintenance tools.
• Support inventory audits and prepare basic stock reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma.
• 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or maintenance stores.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and maintenance spare parts.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
