Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible to all supplier's invoices / Credit Note / Debit Note posting with high accuracy and timely manner and submit self-bill-e invoice into My invoice portal.
• Reconcile supplier's statements and inter company transactions, research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Generate payment vouchers, process online payment transactions, cheques, and petty cash reimbursement accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage billing charges for rentals and utilities.
• Handle fixed assets and update FA schedule.
• Update daily bank book in excel placed in file server and preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Preparing sales tax payable report.
• Update GL Analysis expenses report, ensuring accurate tracking of deposits & accruals accounts.
• Prepare Sales Commission and payment.
• Prepare and submit withholding tax.
• Update daily exchange rate.
• Manage inventory adjustment, monitor inventory accounts ( Stock Movements, COS, back flush, GRN accounts) and update costing inventory FG report.
• Generate and post relevant cash book journals, including reclassification, bank charges, fund transfer, forex different and IC loans.
• Assist audit and tax matters.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for easy reference and audit purposes.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the superior or as required from time to time.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administrations or related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years working experience in accounting or finance will also be considered.
• Professional qualification such as LCCI, or other relevant accounting courses/certificate will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable & Inventory
• Willing to work at Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
