Responsibilities
F&B Supervisor – Restaurant Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant and F&B operations.
Manage and guide service staff during each shift.
Ensure proper customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
Check cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules.
Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales.
Train and motivate F&B staff.
Prepare daily operational reports for the F&B Manager/Restaurant Manage
