The Product Development Assist. Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle for CSM’s engineered products, systems, and proprietary technologies — from concept development to commercialization and lifecycle improvement.

This role plays a strategic position in driving new product innovation, engineering design, product certification, manufacturing readiness, and continuous product enhancement aligned with the company’s long-term business goals and global market expansion.

The successful candidate must possess strong experience in engineering product development, design lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, ERP integration, product commercialization, and cross-functional technical coordination.

As CSM continues to develop proprietary products for global markets, this role is critical in reducing dependency on third-party designs, enhancing product competitiveness, improving product reliability, and accelerating commercialization readiness.

This role reports directly to the Managing Director and works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, and external regulatory bodies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering Or related engineering discipline
• Minimum 5–10 years of working experience in Product Development, Engineering Design, Industrial Equipment, or Technical Manufacturing environment
• Preferably candidate from Oil & Gas industry, Industrial Gas systems, Cryogenic system, Pressure vessels, Process equipment, Industrial engineering equipment, Technical manufacturing companies
• Proven experience in full product development lifecycle and commercialization.
• Strong exposure to CE, ASME, PED certification, and NoBo coordination.
• Experience in prototype development, product testing, and manufacturing scaling is highly preferred.
• Software Technical Skills : Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks (or equivalent CAD software), Autodesk Vault / PDM / PLM systems, 3 years in PLC Programming (Siemens, Allen - Bradley)
