Responsibilities
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day retail operations, lead our front-line team, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, ensure visual merchandising standards, and optimize inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Operations: Lead, coach, and schedule shift rosters for sales associates; manage daily opening and closing procedures.
Customer Excellence: Maintain high customer service standards, handle escalated customer inquiries, and ensure prompt resolution.
Sales & Targets: Drive the team to achieve daily/monthly store sales targets and KPI metrics.
Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock takes, manage inventory accuracy, handle stock replenishment, and process incoming shipments.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain overall store cleanliness, brand standards, and visual merchandising layouts according to corporate guidelines.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce workplace safety, health regulations, and company policy compliance across all store activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or senior retail associate experience in retail, F&B.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. Basic proficiency in Retail POS systems and Microsoft Excel/Word.
Customer-oriented, problem-solver, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to communicate in Bengali, Tamil, Hindi, English due to the shop's location close to a workers dorm.
