Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carries out work permit application, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company software and profile management
- Responsible for maintaining HR/ Admin documentation including data entry, filing etc
- Handles on-boarding of workers including offer letter, bank opening, update their detail into system and personal files
- Handles off-boarding of workers including exit clearance
- Checking through workers attendance, update of leave application etc before processing payroll
- Preparation of payroll and costing report
- Apply government grant
- Constantly monitoring of workers passport expiry; CSOC expiry and renew accordingly
- Follows up on foreign worker performance appraisals and updates accordingly
- Check and submit employees' leave and insurance claim
- Solve in-app issue and monitor for further improvement
- Assist external talent sourcing and hiring for the entities assigned
- Provide support across the HR functions and any other duties as assigned.
