Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales team with quotations, contracts, and client correspondence.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Assist in preparing proposals and follow-up with clients.
• Handle inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, team player, good time management, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
