Arest Cafe Hiring! Full Time Café Quality Assurance - Operations Assistant in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Café Quality Assurance & Operation Assistant to support our café operations team.

This role is mainly responsible for monitoring outlet operations through CCTV, checking staff compliance with SOP, reviewing daily reports, and monitoring the closing process.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, using a computer, monitoring CCTV footage, and preparing simple reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor café operations through CCTV using a computer.
• Monitor staff activities and ensure company SOPs are followed.
• Check daily staff reports and identify any irregularities or issues.
• Prepare and submit daily QA / monitoring reports to management.
• Monitor the outlet's closing procedures and ensure all required closing tasks are completed properly.
• Record and report any operational issues, staff issues, or SOP violations.
• Follow up on issues when required and communicate findings to management.
• Assist management in maintaining consistent operational and service standards.
• Maintain proper records of monitoring and QA activities.

Working Schedule

• Mainly required for afternoon shifts.
• Must be able to work until 11:00 PM.

Requirements

• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Good observation skills and able to identify issues from CCTV monitoring.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable working with CCTV monitoring systems and preparing reports.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Previous experience in QA, F&B, café, retail, outlet operations, or administration is an advantage.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply if they are responsible and willing to learn.
• Must be able to work until 11:00 PM.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
