Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties
  • Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documents
  • Evaluate tenders and support procurement processes
  • Administer contracts, variations, and final accounts
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor or above in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant QS experience, consultancy experience preferred

  • HKIS/RICS qualification or working towards chartership is an advantage
