Job Overview:

Support production in sustaining the equipment up-time, carry out hands-on trouble-shooting and perform corrective action and routine shift maintenance to achieve production output, cycle time and quality targets

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Carry-out daily shiftly routines job as implemented by mold team.

2. Responsible for any line issue either equipment or tooling and optimizing trouble-shooting for reducing downtime and waiting time manner

3. Prioritize standby support on areas designated by crew leader/superior.

4. Support PM on tooling and equipment conversion and buy-off.

5. Ability to handle semi-major machine breakdown, trouble-shooting and able to read machine electrical and pneumatic diagram.

6. Contribute idea of improvement, participate on productivity and equipment improvement project.

7. Sustain the machine housekeeping meeting the 5’s requirement.

8. To report from time to time to highlight to crew leader regarding the line and equipment status.

9. Maintain consistent standard of conduct and discipline in operation.

10. Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

11. Able to use Microsoft office (knowledge in word, excel and power point)

12. Willing to work in various type of task (tooling and system)

13. Responsible for mold area ESD item. (maintain ionizer, trolley & rack table and esd grounding)

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge in Molding process (Hydraulic and servo system,)
• Able to read schematic diagram.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
