OverallResponsibilities:

• Manage daily school transport operations, ensuring safe, timely and smooth student pick-up, arrival and dispersal.
• Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers and bus attendants to ensure service quality, punctuality and compliance with school requirements.
• Process transport applications, cancellations, address/zone changes and bus stop changes.
• Update and maintain accurate student, route, stop, zone and service information in the School Transport Management System (TMS).
• Monitor bus routes, timings and capacity, and recommend route changes or improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Respond promptly and professionally to parent enquiries, complaints, helpdesk cases and transport-related escalations.
• Maintain student safety standards and ensure compliance with applicable LTA requirements and school transport policies.
• Conduct regular bus safety inspections and monitor safety equipment, vehicle condition and bus attendant requirements.
• Coordinate with Academic Teams, teachers, Finance and other departments on student transport arrangements, billing and operational matters.
• Manage transport incidents and student behaviour concerns, including investigation, follow-up and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain transport reports, MIS, student records, zone reports, safety reports and other required documentation.
• Coordinate ad hoc transport for sports, field trips, educational activities and school events, including monthly reconciliation against vendor invoices.
• Support continuous improvement through vendor performance monitoring, route optimisation, cost control and service improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in transport, logistics or operations.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data management and reporting.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
