5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm; Sat, 9am to 1pm)
Salary Package:
Up to $5,000 + Mobile Allowance + VB
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, system diagnostics, and emergency troubleshooting on critical cooling and environmental monitoring equipment.
Execute system startup/ shutdown tasks and respond swiftly to emergency service calls.
Provide technical support and deliver training based on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
Build strong client relationships and collaborate with customer engineering teams to uphold standard operating guidelines.
Generate detailed service reports following maintenance or emergency calls, submit periodic progress updates, and maintain complete documentation tracking.
Supervise contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
Monitor site incident logs, implement corrective action plans, and organize daily execution schedules.
Enforce strict occupational safety protocols and facility rules across all activities, while assisting with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
At least NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in engineering maintenance or facilities servicing.
Experience with ACMV, DX systems, precision cooling or other critical facility systems is advantageous.
Good understanding of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Comfortable working independently as well as with clients, contractors and internal teams.
Willing to perform standby or emergency call-out duties when required.
Comfortable carrying out hands-on work in data centre or other critical facility environments.
