Finance & Accounts Executive

Roya & Co. is a growing retail lifestyle brand with stores in Singapore. We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team and support our day-to-day financial and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the company's daily accounting and finance activities, including:

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices
Check supplier invoices and ensure supporting documents are complete
Record and maintain daily sales and payment transactions
Perform bank and payment reconciliation
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with suppliers/customers when required
Assist with monthly financial closing and basic financial reporting
Maintain accurate accounting records and filing
Assist with payroll-related calculations and administrative matters
Support CPF, invoice and payment processing
Maintain proper records of company expenses and reimbursements
Assist management with basic financial analysis and reports
Provide general administrative support related to finance and accounts
Perform other finance-related duties as required
Occasional coordination with retail stores may be required.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and willing to learn.Language Requirement: English & Mandarin (both spoken )

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500

Depending on experience and qualifications.
