Job Scope

• Manage the day-to-day operations and activities within the Command Center

• Responsible for ensuring prompt and appropriate response to alarms/events in accordance to the prescribed processes and procedures

• Manage badging tasks, including badge printing and access card issuance.

• Arrange technical support for security system maintenance and emergency services.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and serve as the main contact for guard bookings.

• Manage and coordinate up-to-date critical support information, documentation and procedures

• Monitor, manage and provide leadership to the Command Center team in handling ongoing events/incident/crisis and response, including, but not limited to provide status update to senior management.

• Manage information and document archives.

• Conduct frequent checks on team performance and provide corrective action plans to address any identified gaps

• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Secondary level or above, Diploma/Associate Degree preferred

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in security management

• Experience in a Security Control Room or IT Support is preferable

• Familiar with the operational of Electronic Systems (i.e. Alarm, CCTV, BMS, Access Control System is preferable)

• English Language proficiency

• Computer literacy in:

  Microsoft Office

  Hardware and software skills consistent with application relating to command center

• Good telephone manner, attention to detail, logical thinking, self-motivated, cheerful with positive attitude

• Demonstrate leadership quality in supervising subordinates

• Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, troubleshooting skills, independent and hardworking
