Job Description

• Review and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
• Check site installation to ensure compliance with design and relevant standards.
• Oversee project progress and ensure all works comply with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Attend meetings with architects and consultants.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (M&E), or equivalent qualification.
• Good planning and organisational skills for construction project coordination.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project for preparing and presenting schedules.
• Knowledge of construction and renovation processes will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
