Job Summary
You will lead site operations to ensure profitability, coordinate workforce tasks, implement safety systems aligned with MOM requirements, monitor material usage to reduce wastage, and manage project progress and documentation for timely submissions and payments.
Responsibilities
Manage site resources and operations to drive profitability and operational efficiency
Assign tasks to workers and supervisors to maximize workforce productivity
Allocate personnel to roles based on skills and job requirements to optimize performance
Implement and maintain safety systems at the site in compliance with MOM regulations
Monitor raw material usage to minimize wastage and control project costs
Appoint site supervisors to oversee operations during your absence
Conduct new site tours to support tender submissions and project acquisition
Track site work progress to ensure alignment with the established project schedule
Update drawings to accurately reflect current work progress for architect submissions
Submit monthly progress payment claims punctually to maintain cash flow
Draft variation orders promptly when architects request new work or changes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
At least 5 years of experience focused on landed residential projects (not essential but advantageous)
Valid driving licence (not essential but advantageous)
