About the Role

JC Packer's System Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Executive to support our project, sales, and production teams. You will manage materials planning, supplier coordination, purchasing, and cross-border logistics between our Singapore office and our Malaysia factory.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and perform materials quantity take-off for project and retail jobs.
• Prepare materials comparison reports and raise Purchase Orders.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers for new materials and project requirements.
• Liaise with Malaysia factory on material reconciliation (shortage/excess).
• Manage Singapore - Malaysia consignments, including preparing invoices, delivery orders, and shipment lists.
• Coordinate with transport partners to ensure timely delivery for production deadlines.
• Prepare samples for sales team submissions (when required).
• Check stock availability and raise POs when retail materials are insufficient.
• Work closely with Production Manager and Warehouse to ensure material readiness.
• Provide weekly updates on project progress and material status.
• Maintain procurement and logistics documentation for audit and compliance.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Architecture/Design, or related fields.
• 2-3 years' experience in procurement/logistics (manufacturing or construction preferred)
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and supplier-management skills.
• Familiar with shipping documents and cross-border logistics.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple timelines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

• Work location: 30 Kranji Loop (TimMac @ Kranji)
• Only candidates with existing legal right to work in Singapore will be considered (operational requirement).

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
