Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for Kitchen Helpers / Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team.
You will help with daily kitchen work, food preparation and keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
**Job Responsibilities**
• Prepare and cook food according to our recipes and standards
• Manage Mise en place
• Keep your kitchen area clean and organized
• Follow food safety and hygiene rules
• Check that food is prepared and stored properly
• Work together with the Chef and kitchen team
• Support the team during busy periods
**Job Requirements**
• Kitchen experience is preferred
• CDP candidates should have at least 1 year and above of kitchen experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Good teamwork and communication
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
• Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage
