Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in engineering or business field.
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of experience in sales or sales administration.
- Knowledge in ERP and AutoCAD drawing interpretation.
- Positive attitude of providing excellent customer service.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- To handle customer enquiry, quotation and purchase order.
- To process customer purchasing order.
- To monitor customer order delivery.
- To provide excellent customer service and communicate and understand customer needs.
- To implement procedures and changes to bring good result to company sales.
