About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Supply Chain Executive to join our growing FMCG operation.

This role is not just about paperwork or following up orders. You will be involved in the day-to-day supply chain operation, covering procurement, inventory planning, warehouse coordination, logistics, order fulfilment and supplier management.

You will work closely with our Sales, Warehouse, Production, Procurement and Logistics teams to make sure the right products are available, at the right quantity, at the right time.

What You'll Do

Order & Fulfilment

• Manage the end-to-end order process from PO/order receiving, stock allocation, picking, shipment coordination until final delivery.
• Monitor customer orders and ensure fulfilment is accurate and on time.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
• Monitor outstanding orders and ensure timely follow-up.

Inventory & Demand Planning

• Monitor inventory levels across multiple SKUs and identify potential stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning based on sales trends, stock movement and business requirements.
• Coordinate stock replenishment to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Work closely with Warehouse and Production to ensure sufficient stock availability.

Logistics & Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with internal warehouse teams and external logistics/3PL partners.
• Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely shipment.
• Follow up on delivery delays, damaged goods, shortages and other logistics issues.
• Support warehouse inventory control, stock movement and order fulfilment processes.
• Assist in improving warehouse and logistics efficiency.

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Handle day-to-day procurement activities including sourcing, quotation comparison and purchase order issuance.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, MOQ, lead time and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability and product availability.
• Follow up on outstanding POs and ensure suppliers meet agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with key suppliers.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate supply chain documentation including PO, DO, invoices, credit notes and stock records.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, purchasing, orders, delivery and supplier performance.
• Ensure supply chain records are accurate and properly updated.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to management.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehouse or FMCG operations.
• Experience managing inventory, procurement, logistics and order fulfilment.
• Good understanding of stock planning, demand forecasting and replenishment.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills — you will be dealing with multiple teams and suppliers.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with inventory/accounting/ERP systems.

Added Advantage

• Experience working with FMCG / food & beverage / trading companies.
• Experience managing multiple SKUs.
• Experience working with 3PL/logistics providers.
• Experience with Xero, SQL, ERP, inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Strong Excel skills, especially inventory analysis, forecasting and reporting.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
