Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Mandarin Customer Service Advisors to support customers across the China and Taiwan markets. This is a bilingual role requiring strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, email, and other support channels.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Support customers from China and Taiwan markets in Mandarin.
• Maintain professional and positive interactions with customers.
• Update customer records and document interactions in internal systems.
• Meet service quality, productivity, and KPI targets.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to company policies and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin language (spoken and written) to support China and Taiwan customers.
• Customer service, call center, BPO, retail, hospitality, or related experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
