Yantron (Singapore) Pte Ltd Hiring! Full Time M-E - Building Automation Engineer in - Ricebowl

Yantron is looking for a hands-on M&E / Building Automation Engineer to support smart-building, digital-twin and facilities-operations projects in Singapore.

You will work with consultants, system vendors, facilities teams, BIM and software colleagues to connect building systems with digital platforms and deliver reliable integration, testing and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Review M&E schematics, control sequences, equipment information and points lists.
• Support BMS, building automation and approved IoT integrations.
• Conduct or support point-to-point checks, functional and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot defects and support commissioning and handover.
• Maintain testing records, technical documentation and as-built information.
• Work with BIM/data teams to map spaces, systems, assets and BMS points.
• Support digital-twin and smart-building use cases.

What we're looking for

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant M&E, BMS, building automation or systems-integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with a BMS platform and BACnet or Modbus.
• Ability to interpret control sequences and points lists.
• Good English communication and technical documentation skills.
• Willingness to work full-time in Singapore and attend project sites.

Preferred

Experience with critical facilities, ACMV/energy systems, multi-vendor BMS, MQTT, OPC UA, APIs, BIM, digital asset handover or CMMS/CAFM.

Mandarin communication may be helpful for coordination with China-based engineering colleagues, but nationality is not a requirement.
