Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Planning & Operations Executive based in Bukit Raja. The Junior Planning & Operations Executive will be responsible for assisting in production planning, monitoring schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless workflow, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports. The individual will also contribute to optimizing operational efficiencies and ensuring timely delivery of packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle production planning and scheduling effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with planning or inventory management software
• Good communication and coordination skills to interact with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and generate accurate reports
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address unforeseen challenges proactively
• Advantageous: Previous experience in production planning & operations or a related field
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a similar field
• Must has Right-To-Work in Malaysia
