"Requirements

  • Proven experience in UI design, visual design, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system

management.

  • Solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, colour,

layout, and interface design patterns.

  • Experience working within or contributing to a design system or component

library.

  • Ability to communicate and present design decisions clearly to both design and

non-design stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product or digital

environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for design tracking and

documentation."
